An accident involving three vehicles happened today on Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos State, Southwest Nigeria. According to an eyewitness, Paul Adeyele, the accident involving a NEPA Toyota Hilux van loaded with prepaid meters and cable lost control of the vehicle at about 9:30 am while making a u-turn on the road which resulted in the multiple crash. Another eye witness, Mr. Gaddafi Sannie said no life was lost as the accident victims were rushed to the hospital. As at press time, men of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA and the police were seen controlling traffic around the scene of the accident.
